Our collaboration paper with Prof. Tomoko Inose was published in Angewandte Chemie International Edition. In this work, we developed a new coumarin-based photocleavable molecule that features both enhanced hydrolytic stability and superior photo-stimulated bond cleavage. The design enables efficient light-triggered protein release and holds promise as a new tool for chemical biology and intracellular manipulation.
